Welcome to Elizabeth Davis Middle School's online learning hub for use during the extended COVID-19 closure. Here, you will find several days of learning opportunities, along with extended enrichment activities, for all grade-levels and subjects. To find materials for you/your child(ren), use the navigation tabs at the top of this screen to search by subject and then grade-level and teacher. Looking for frequently used resources? See below for "Anytime, Anywhere Learning."
In addition to the Online Learning Hub, teachers have prepared hard copy packets of activities for every class. Parents may pick up their student’s packets at Davis on Tuesdays. If your student left their Chromebook or instrument at school, it can be picked up during this time.
Moreover, starting Monday March 23rd, each Elizabeth Davis Middle School teacher will hold "office hours" between 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM. While all of our teachers will be working beyond these hours, it is during this three and a half hour window that they will be answering emails quickly, providing feedback, answering questions, and video conferencing with students. Teachers may also coordinate with families outside of this window; however, the expectation is that this three and a half hour window provides accessibility for all of our Ravens.
I have supplied the email address for each teacher under his or her name. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to them. Moreover, please do not hesitate to reach out to me either. I am available by email (matthew_strittmatter@ccpsnet.net) and phone/text (804-441-1195).
