Welcome to STEP!

Housed at the Cecil County School of Technology, the Student Transition & Employability Program empowers young adults with a range of disabilities to build vocational skills and secure independent employment. 

During their first year in the program, students complete a rigorous curriculum in vocational skills as well as on site workplace training in our shop at CCST. 

In their second year, students who have successfully completed the requirements of the curriculum become eligible to move to employment and internship opportunities in the community.
