CPRLATAM International Conference was previously held in Buenos Aires (2007), New York (2008), Mexico City (2009), Brasilia (2010), Lima (2011), Valparaiso-Chile (2012), Mexico City and Oaxaca (2013), Bogota (2014), Cancun (2015 and 2016), Cartagena (2017), Varadero (2018), Cordoba (2019) and Mexico City (2021 and 2022).
The next conference will be held in Brasilia, on August 15th, 2024.
The purpose of this conference is to bring together scholars, members from the private and public sectors and regulators to learn from the studies and experiences that all of them have encountered as they work in the field of ICT policy.

The next conference will be held in Cartagena, Colombia, on June 22-23, 2017 in coordination with the Latin American Telecommunications Congress (CLT2017), the Americas Region Meetings of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the cet.la meeting and the Regulatel panels. Early bird registration will be accepted from February 15 to March 15, 2017 at the CPRLatam website. For more details, please visit CPRLatam website. CPRLatam will provide support to candidates in a competitive basis. Cet.la will award grants intended to provide support to young scholars (under 35-years old) under the following conditions: (i) paper of up to 20 pages on topics related to ICT development, telecommunications and digital ecosystem in Latin America; (ii) evaluation by a committee designated by cet.la; (iii) publication of the winners' papers in the cel.la website; (iv) sponsor to assist and present the winning papers at CPRLatam, on June 22-23, 2017, in Cartagena. So, please be aware that if you are a student that wants to participate in both selection processes, you are required to submit your paper in both CPRLatam and Cet.la selection processes.

The purpose of this conference is to bring together scholars, members from the private sector and regulators to learn from the studies and experiences that all of them have encountered as they work in the field of ICT policy. Acorn-Redecom, later renamed CPRLATAM, is an international conference that began with invite-only meetings in Buenos Aires (2007) and New York (2008), bringing together representatives from various countries across the Americas.
