After-School Programs:
WOW After-hours: This program occurs once a month after school from 3:00-4:30. During this time we invite a host from the Wizards of Wright STEM education center to teach and implement a STEM-related activity. The dates will be announced soon. Click on the image to read more about the program.
Wonder Workshop Robotics Competition: This coding and technology-based competition runs November-January and involves solving missions for the Dash and Dot robots. Sessions will be held after school Tuesdays from 3:00-4:30 beginning in November. Space is limited to 5 per team, per age group (9-12). Contact Ms. Butler if you are interested. Ohio History Day: This competition is open to 6-8 graders and is a year-long journey into a topic of their choice that follows the theme.
Engineer Girl Writing Contest: The topic is posted in September with submissions due February 1- Open to boys and girls!
Rube Goldberg Machine Contest: This team contest focuses on creating a Rube Goldberg-inspired machine to solve a given task. Families can participate as well!

Mensa for Kids: This site caters to gifted youth with resources, games, and information
Cubes in Space: (ages 11+) Cubes in SpaceTM, a program by iEDU, provides students access to space to design and test experiments on NASA missions.
Scholastic Art and Writing Awards: (ages 13+) This is the longest-running art and writing competition in the country and provides teens with 28 categories to explore.
