In order to facilitate the identification and centralization of internal leads within the family, this page will allow you to report your leads concerning an Actual Talent service
Employees involved :
All employees attached to the AT Family
For commercial employees, only leads passed on to Brands/Activities outside their scope will be counted
Excluding CODIR and Market Directors and employees whose variable compensation is partly based on business development
N-1 CODIR with a commercial mission and Salespeople: outside their Brand/Activity scope
No inter-company billin
How does it work?
Definition of the lead
Passing on the qualified contact details of someone who has a proven need for a service from the AT Family, and who wishes to be recontacted by a salesperson.
base retenue
For each new SIREN* in the beneficiary company that is providing the service
Payment frequency
Monthly with a one-month delay. In case of departure, the amount is not due.
amount of the bonus
Total amount of the bonus per won lead, based on the cumulative MB over 12 rolling months. :
MB < 1 K€$ : 0€
1K€ < MB < 10 K€ : 300€
10 K€ < MB < 25 K€ : 600€ ou Palier 1 + 300
25 K€ < MB < 50 K€ : 1000 € ou Palier 2 + 400
MB > 50 K€ : 2000 €
*account that has never been invoiced within the beneficiary company
Exemple
You sign a recruitment for €15,000 with a 30% down payment
M+1 following the date of signature = €300
M+1 following the balance of invoicing = an additional €300
making €600 - €300 already paid
We sign and finalize a new position 3 months later New invoicing = + €400 additional
making €1,000 - €600 already paid
