The news is a place where people learn about the world around them, but it usually has negative things. So, while COVID-19 is going around, the news is constantly brodcasting it. A regular schedule is a way for your brain to relax and be prepared for what's up ahead in your day. It's ok to have a day when you can just relax or go on vacation (not during Coronavirus), but make sure it doesn't effect your schedule to much. Even animals agree!
