For the upcoming school season 2023-24, the UIL will be requiring physical/medical history requirements again for all extracurricular activities that previously had to be completed in middle school or high school.

These, soon to be attached, flyers will give the dates, times, sites, etc. for the free physical opportunities for King Students.  It is very important that all students bring the UIL Medical History Form completed and Signed to the various sites.  UIL Medical History Form is attached, or it can be found on the CCISD website under Athletics or on the UIL Website.
