• Effective 02/25/2022 CCFF has reached an agreement with the District on an addendum on booster and testing requirements, see item #8.

• Line 78-83 indicates that beginning February 21, 2022, as part of the District’s Spring COVID-19 booster requirements, unit members who are eligible to receive a COVID-19 Booster shall either submit proof of receiving an approved COVID-19 Booster shot or submit weekly proof of a negative COVID-19 test before the unit member arrives on campus for their regularly scheduled assignment for the week.

Effective 12/21/2021 CCFF has reached a MOU (see below) with the District on the impact of revised BP 2905, COVID-19 "the vaccine mandate" passed by the Board of Trustees. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) shall continue in effect through 06/30/2022.

• If you have a medical/religious exemption and a fully online/remote assignment you will not need to test weekly. You will have to provide proof of a negative COVID test via OptimumHQ when/if you need to go to campus or other District offsite locations.

• If you have requested a medical and/or religious exemption on or before 12/22/2021 and are approved you will not be subject to any temporary unpaid leave.

Effective 09/24/2021 CCFF has reached a MOU with the District on the impact of BP 2905, COVID-19 Vaccination/Testing Resolution passed by the Board of Trustees on August 4, 2021 (see below). This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) shall continue in effect through December 31, 2021. Faculty who uploads proof of vaccination by Sept 30, 2021 shall receive a $500 incentive, those who upload between Oct 1- Oct 31, 2021 shall receive a $250 incentive.

CCFF has reached a MOU with the District on Returning to Campus as of July 07, 2021 (see document below). MOU was Approved on Aug 18, 2021 by the Trustees. Stipend payment was deposited 09/15/21-09/17/21. Please let CCFF know if you did not receive it.

Hybrid pay will be paid by 10/05/2021.
