The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) Resource Hub serves as a collection for resources, tools, webinars, videos, and data dashboards developed by County Offices of Education across the state to support local education agencies (LEAs) in developing LCAPs that promote data-informed goal setting, collaboration, engagement, transparency, continuous improvement, and equity.
