Snack Information:
We are excited to partner with you in supporting your child’s health and learning throughout the school day. As a part of our daily routine, students will have one designated snack time: it will be in the morning and lasts approximately 15 minutes.
To help your child stay energized and focused, please pack nutritious, easy-to-eat snacks that can be consumed within the time allotted. Here are some guidelines and suggestions:
Fruits (sliced apples, grapes, bananas, berries, etc.)
Vegetables (baby carrots, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips)
Whole grains (granola bars, whole grain crackers, rice cakes)
Protein options (cheese cubes, yogurt, boiled eggs, hummus)
A balanced snack can help improve attention, mood, and energy.
