“Beyond the Screen” is a meaningful webinar that encourages IT and CS students to look beyond technology and explore the lessons that truly matter. How to Join the Webinar

Step 1: Enter the Main Room

Before proceeding to your chosen session, all participants must first log in to the Main Room for the welcome message and opening instructions.

To join the Main Room:

• Click the DCI Week 2026 poster, or

• Click the word “Main Room” on this website.

You will be redirected to the Google Meet link. Please make sure to join the Main Room first before proceeding to your selected session.

Step 2: Attend the Welcome Message

Stay in the Main Room and listen to the welcome message and instructions. Please wait for the announcement or guidance before moving to your breakout room.

Step 3: Proceed to Your Chosen Session

After the welcome message, return to this website and find the poster of your registered topic.

Simply click the poster of your chosen session to access the corresponding Google Meet breakout room. Make sure to join only the session you registered for.

Important Reminders

• Join the Main Room first before proceeding to your selected session.

• Click only the poster corresponding to your registered topic.

• Use your registered email account when joining Google Meet, if required.

• Participate actively and respectfully throughout the webinar.

• After the webinar, accomplish the feedback form to receive your certificate through your registered email.
