💻Chromebook Troubleshooting 💻
Please try the following before submitting your Chromebook for repair:
Make sure Chromebook is charged and charger is plugged in completely to a working outlet.
Restart Chromebook by holding down the power button and refresh button (above the #4) at the same time for at least 20 seconds. Then try to power it back on.
Students are responsible for the Chromebook & repairs that may be needed throughout the school year.
It is the students' responsibility to report damaged or lost Chromebooks to Mrs. Muncher as soon as he or she becomes aware so that a technician can evaluate it.
Mrs. Muncher will collect Chromebooks in May to assess damage or complete maintenance work orders.
