Teacher Spotlight

Mrs. Shaddix

Hello!

My name is Brittney Shaddix. I serve as the 6th grade mathematics teacher here at West Point Middle School. This is my first year at West Point Middle, and I have felt so welcome to the home of the warriors! I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Trevecca University located in Nashville, Tennessee. I spent my first years after graduation teaching 5th grade in northern Tennessee. I have lived in several places including Tennessee, Ohio and now Alabama (Roll tide!) I am married to Isaac Shaddix, who works in his family business “The Shaddix Company.” We have a joyful three-year old daughter and sweet twin one-year-old daughters. We love to spend time outside, play music, and learn together!
