Meet the Director - Torrianna Davis

Hi, I'm Mrs. Davis, and I’m the chorus and theatre director here at Lakeside Middle School. I earned my B.A. in Music from Georgia College & State University in 2022, and I’m currently working toward my Master of Arts in Teaching at the same school. This is my first full year teaching at Lakeside, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin the new school year with the Fine Arts Department.

I’ve always loved performing with others, and it brings me so much joy to help students grow into confident, capable artists. I work hard to create a classroom where students feel supported, challenged, and proud of what they can accomplish as a team.

Outside of school, I stay active in the arts community. I’ve led afterschool programs and fine arts summer camps with the Jessye Norman School of the Arts Outreach Program, and I also participate in productions with The Augusta Players. I’m also a proud wife and mom, and I value spending quality time with my family whenever I can.

I’m so glad to be part of the Lakeside family, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things our students will achieve this year!
