About Me

Hey everyone!  This is my  15th year of teaching and my fifth year teaching at Greenbrier Middle. I took a very long hiatus to raise my children.  I am excited to be back! I started back as an Interrelated resource paraprofessional, at GMS, 11 years ago.   I graduated from the University of Florida  with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science Education.   I am certified in Health for grades k-12 , Middle Grades Science, Middle Grades Social Studies and I am Gifted Endorsed.  My husband Tommy works in healthcare. We have been married 28 years and have 3 adult children, all of whom graduated from Greenbrier schools,  and 3 dogs.  I love the beach, the Atlanta Braves and all things Florida Gators!  In my spare time, I enjoy walking, watching/attending sporting events and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to working with each of you this year and helping you to feel successful in middle school!
