Please make sure your child brings the following items to practice:
Running clothes and shoes - They will have the opportunity to change before practice starts. They will not be permitted to practice, if they do not have running shoes. CROCS are not allowed. It is amazing how fast your child can sustain an injury when they don’t wear the right clothes or shoes.
Water bottle - They will be able to refill it before they go outside
We will practice RAIN OR SHINE!
