Helpful things to know...
-Please provide a small, healthy snack daily for your child.
-If your child is a car rider, they must be in the breakfast line by 8:30.
-Please don’t forget to keep a change of clothes in backpacks at all times!
-When our air conditioner comes on it makes the room feel cold, so if you would like to send a jacket you may.
-Water bottles should be brought to school.
Please fill with water only. Also, please make sure they are leak proof AND spill proof. Thanks!
Breakfast and Lunch
Breakfast is $1.75 and reduced breakfast is $0. Student lunches are $3.50 and reduced lunches are $0.
Lunch: Please review the following with your child.
Get all lunch materials the first time through the line.
Please use table manners.
Use a quiet a quiet voice.
Lunch from home: Please work with your child at home so that he or she will be able to open their packaging. If you send a juice box, please teach them how to open it. We will work on this skill at school also and reinforce what you are teaching at home.
Communication
We will be using REMIND for communication this year. Some messages will be sent home via email when I have documents and fliers to pass on to you.
Money
The preferred payment method for our school is Revtrak for everything except School Lunches. For School Lunches, the cafeteria uses EZSchoolPay. You will need your child's Student ID for access. You will receive this at Open House in your child's introductory folder.
If you need to send in Cash or Check, PLEASE make sure that all money is placed in an envelope or plastic bag and labeled with your child's name, amount, and purpose for the money. We want to make sure the money is credited to your child.
Money can potentially be lost or accredited to another student if not labeled with their names.
Transportation
If you need to make a change in your child's transportation, send me a REMIND notice as soon as you know. We get very busy during dismissal time, and I am not always able to pick up my phone to check for messages. Please call the office by 3:10 to let me know about the change if I have not responded to your message.
EDULOG PARENT PORTAL LITE app will give you late bus information. Parents must download the app to get bus information. Most bus changes are posted to the county website by 3:00pm daily. The parents will need to check this site frequently by going to www.ccboe.net
