Welcome To Kindergarten

Welcome to Kindergarten! I am very excited about starting this new school year with my sweet kindergarten students. This will be my 33rd year of teaching and my 9th year teaching kindergarten. I have had the wonderful opportunity to live and teach in 5 different states. Along with teaching kindergarten, I have taught Pre-K, 1st grade, 2nd grade and 4th grade. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Elementary Education. I currently live in Evans with my dog Ellie and my cat Dunkin. I also have a 24 year old daughter. I enjoy cooking, being outdoors and traveling. In 2023 I had the opportunity to travel to Ireland with a group of incredible educators. We spent 3 days visiting an Irish school and 11 days touring the beautiful countryside. I am looking forward to an amazing school year at Westmont Elementary!
