A Little About Me
Hi! I am so thankful and excited to have your student in my class for their 2nd Grade year! I cannot wait to meet you and your student. It is going to be a great year! If there is ANY way I can help you and your student, please reach out to me, ALWAYS!
What is the classroom like?
Growing up, I tended to feel very anxious as a student, so I want my classroom to feel welcoming and encouraging for students! We are all learning together, so students will be reminded that mistakes HELP us to grow!
I have grown up in Martinez, Georgia and I am also a graduate of Columbia County Schools! I LOVE being back in Martinez to teach, it is an honor!
I graduated from Georgia College & State University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Then, I moved to Columbia County to teach! I have taught 3rd Grade and 2nd Grade!
My family is so special to me! I have 3 younger siblings, Libby, Charlotte, and Bobby. My parents are Molly and Bobby. We also have a Golden Retriever dog, named Gino, and 3 cats, named Juno, Jupetta, and Midnight! They will be talked about a lot this year:)
