Get to know Mrs. Kaigler

This is my ninth year in Columbia County and my twelfth full year teaching. I  taught in Burke and Richmond counties prior to returning to Evans High School, where I taught from 2015 to 2021.

Despite being raised on UGA football, I attended the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) and transferred back to Augusta University (then Augusta State University) to complete my undergraduate degree and teacher training.

I earned a Masters of Education at Georgia College & State University and am a second-year doctoral student at Valdosta State University. 

I am a proud fur-mama to my four-legged canine child, Bear.   

I am married and have four awesome bonus kids. :)

I love to travel and try to go somewhere new every year. Next on my bucket list is Europe - specifically Ireland, Greece, and Italy!
