About Mrs. Powell

Hello Owl Families,

I am so excited to have you in our class this year! My name is Heather Powell and this is my 9th year here at Stevens Creek Elementary. I was a paraprofessional for 7 years and this is my second year teaching. I graduated from Augusta State University in May of 2022 with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood education. I am currently taking classes to obtain my Master's Degree in Education. I am married to my husband Carey and we have two wonderful boys, Brian(15) and Jackson(13). Some of my hobbies are camping, hiking, fishing, baking, and spending time with my family. I am so excited to work with you this year to see your babies soar.
