Hi! My name is Channon Crewe, and I am excited to be your 7th grade ELA teacher for the 2022 - 2023 school year! This will be my 11th year teaching in Columbia County, and my 1st year at Evans Middle School. I am originally from Lake Charles, LA; however, grew up in the North Georgia mountains. I moved to Augusta, GA in 1997 where I graduated from Augusta State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to my education degrees, I am gifted endorsed.

My husband and I have been married for 22 years, and we have three children. Breton is a freshman at Anderson University in Anderson, SC., and Brelynn and Bryson are freshman at Evans High School.

We are a very busy family and travel a great deal. My husband is a coach, and our children play baseball, football, lacrosse, and cheer. I’m also a huge LSU and New Orleans Saints fan!! GEAUX TIGERS!
