Rules and Regulations
- The Three Rs:
- Be Respectful! (of teachers, peers, and other people’s property)
- Be Responsible! (Turn your homework/classwork in on time, complete your work BY YOURSELF, take responsibility for your actions)
- Be Ready! (come to class prepared and ready to learn)
- Absolutely no phones! After one warning, your phone will be sent to the office until a parent or guardian collects it.
- Stay seated unless you are given specific permission to stand!
- Food should never be eaten in the classroom. You have plenty of time to eat during breakfast and lunch.
- Participate in every class activity! You will be receiving a participation grade, and raising your hands, responding to questions, and remaining engaged during activities will benefit you greatly!

Participation and Attendance:
Participation and Attendance:
To ensure success in this course, regular attendance and participation is required. Arriving on time, staying for the entire class period, coming prepared, participating in class and group work, following directions, answering questions, taking notes, and completing homework are expected daily and are guaranteed to help you succeed in this class. If you are unable to attend class, you are still expected to complete any activities that you missed, so please make sure to contact the teacher right away. It is your responsibility to find out what you missed during the days you were out. Any missed assignments must be made up within one week of your return in order to receive credit.
