About Our Class
In Mrs. Lewis' Class we strive to have fun while learning something new every day! First grade is a year to explore and introduce the building blocks of math and reading. We will learn to sound out words and develop a LOVE for reading. We will learn to count, read, and write whole numbers exceeding 100 and so much more! We will dive into STEM, Social Studies, and Writing. 1st grade will be a year to remember!

About me
My name is Brooke Lewis. I am excited to be your 1st grade teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This will be my 15th year teaching. My husband and I live in Evans with our children Bailey, Benjamin, and Bella. I am excited to make this the best school year yet!

In 2011, I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. In 2013, I earned my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction followed by earning my Specialist in Education in Curriculum and Instruction and Gifted Endorsement from Augusta University.
