I grew up in South Carolina with parents that were both educators. I've loved school supplies for as long as I can remember and I own more children's books than I can even count! I am passionate about having fun while learning! I've taught special education, 4K, 5K, 2nd grade, and 1st grade!

In 2013 I moved to Georgia and married a wonderful and supportive husband. He helps out in the classroom behind the scenes....like cutting out lamination, labeling supplies, and even helped me move the reading tub to my classroom! Sometimes, I can get him to come read to our class. We have two little girls that also love books as much as their mommy!

When I'm not teaching, I am busy spending time with my daughters and husband, working on DIY projects, spending time with friends, at Target, drinking coffee, baking cakes, or reading.
