About Me:

I am thrilled to be in my 25th year of teaching, with the last 15 years spent at Grovetown Middle School. Prior to joining this wonderful community, I taught at Valdosta Middle School in Valdosta, Georgia. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of teaching and learning alongside so many incredible students and colleagues.

I have been married to my wonderful wife, Jennifer, for 32 years, and together we have two amazing children, Aysia and Ian, whom we adopted from China. Aysia is now 22 , and Ian is 21. Our family has been a source of great joy and inspiration in my life.

In my classroom, I strive to create an engaging, enriching, and inspiring learning environment. I believe that education should be a journey that excites curiosity and fosters a love for lifelong learning. My goal is to invest in my students' growth by challenging them to think critically, explore new ideas, and discover their own potential. By providing a supportive and dynamic atmosphere, I hope to inspire each student to achieve their best and make a positive impact in our ever-changing world.
