I am Mr. Mateer. This is my 2nd year at Grovetown Middle, and 4th year as a teacher. I previously served as a teacher at the middle school level in Richmond County. 

I am a 2018 graduate of Augusta University (Bachelors of Science in Education), and I am certified to support a variety of content areas within the elementary, middle, and high school settings (Special Education Certified).
