About the teacher

This is my 27th year teaching and my 18th year here at Grovetown Middle School.  I am married and have one beautiful daughter, Arden.  She will be starting her second year a UGA this fall. I enjoy reading and doing arts and crafts in my spare time.  I also love sports.  I am a Georgia Bulldog fan and an Atlanta Falcons fan.  I also enjoy watching swimming, my daughter has been a competitive swimmer for 11 years.  I also enjoy supercross and motocross.
