Lakeside Middle School is a part of the Lakeside Band family, which includes Stallings Island Middle School and Lakeside High School. The LMS band works in close collaboration with these programs to create our cohesive 7 year band experience.
Our program consists of three grade level bands, one jazz band, and a football pep band. We believe in holding ourselves to a high level of excellence, creating a community where we are safe, and staying open to new ideas.

ABOUT Ms. LADUN
I joined Lakeside Middle School's faculty in 2022. This will be my third year of teaching, and second year in the middle school setting!
A native Augustan, I graduated from Evans High School in 2016, and received my Bachelor's in Music Education from Augusta University in 2021, where I served as a student assistant and Wind Ensemble Librarian. I have performance experience with the Augusta Concert Band, Augusta University Wind Ensemble, AU Orchestra, AU Brass Studio, AU Horn Choir, and Aiken Civic Orchestra. In Spring 2021, I completed my student teaching at Lakeside High School with Mr. Tau and Mr. Best, and have worked as a marching band instructor since Fall 2021.
Outside of the band room, I can be found taking care of my collection of plants, playing with my pup Coda, or learning new recipes!! I can't wait to get to know you!
