If your guest is not a LHS Junior or Senior you MUST have paperwork submitted before recieving the code for your guest. Please see below for forms and information.

LHS Seniors and Juniors- Do not need a code to purchase their ticket.
If your guest is NOT a junior or senior at Lakeside, please see Dr. Lilly in Room 106 to fill out the appropriate paperwork. There are copies on her door or you can print them from this webpage. After you turn in your paperwork and your guest is approved, you will receive an email containing your guest's unique GoFan code to purchase their ticket.
Final entry to Prom will depend on the items below:
No more than 10 Full Days of Unexcused Absences
No Outstanding fines
All necessary paperwork submitted to Dr. Lilly for any guests who are NOT a JUNIOR or SENIOR at LHS
