Welcome to the official site of the Lakeside Literary Team. 

Literary is a GHSA-sanctioned fine arts and academic event that produces state champions in each classification.

 The Literary Competition events include the following: 

• Literary Interpretation: Solo Dramatic, Solo Humorous, & Duo (Dramatic or Humorous)

• Essay: Personal, Argumentative, & Literary Analysis

• Extemporaneous Speaking: Domestic & International

• Music Events: Boys' Solo, Girls' Solo, Trio, & Quartet

This year's Region Competition will be on March 1 at Lakeside High School.  Those who advance to State will need to be available to compete on March 15 at Buford High School.
