Math
Third grade students will complete six units in math to prepare them for second grade. These units include: data, base ten number sense, operations and algebraic thinking, comparing & ordering, place value, shapes, and fractions.
Science
Young children are natural explorers! STEM scopes allows for exploration and hands-on learning in science. First graders will investigate: living things, light, sound, weather, and magnets.
Social Studies
With engaging and colorful weekly newspapers, Studies Weekly is the modern textbook! Our students will have an interactive approach at learning about the lives and accomplishments of heroes of our past.
In the event that our district needs to go to the Learn From Home style of learning, your child will be given access to these resources through their class link account.
