About me 

My name is Amanda Harper, and this is my 8th year teaching and my second year in high school. I am married and have two wonderful children and a sweet Goldendoodle. I  grew up in West Virginia and attended Marshall University. We lived in PA for about 7 years, and I received my Master of Education at California University of Pennsylvania.  I am currently working on my doctorate in Curriculum Theory at Georgia Southern University. I am working on my dissertation and I hope to be finished by May 2026.  My son starts high school this year and my daughter is in 8th grade at Greenbrier Middle.  They have gone to school here in Columbia County since Pre-K.  We love it here and I can't imagine being anywhere else.  I look forward to getting to know you!
