Arm conditioning: January 12th-16th, 2:45-4
Tryouts: January 21st-23rd, 2:45-5:00
Soccer-
Conditioning: January 14th-15th, 2:45-4:30
Tryouts: January 20th-22nd, 2:45-4:30
Track-
Conditioning: January 20th-23rd, 2:45-4:30
Tryouts: January 27th-29th
January 27th- Sprints 2:45-4:30
January 28th- Distance 2:45-4:30
January 29th- Field Events 2:45-4:30
-All paperwork must be submitted through DragonFly 1 week prior to tryouts. Paper copies will not be accepted.
Things needed for Acclimation/ Conditioning/ Tryouts:
-Athletic attire and proper shoes
-Water bottle
