Hi!

My name is Ms. Brooke Sarver and the 2023-2024 school year will be my sixth year teaching art at Grovetown Middle. Here is a little bit about me!

I was born in Augusta and have lived in Evans my entire life. I went to Evans Elementary, Middle, AND High School and loved growing up in the Columbia County school system. I played softball in middle school and high school and I coach our A Team at Grovetown. 

After high school, I attended Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, GA. Go Bobcats! I majored in Fine Arts, concentrating in painting and graphics. I also earned a minor in Business Administration. I earned my Master of Art in Teaching from Georgia College in May 2020 and earned my Specialist Degree in Advanced Educational Studies in August 2021. 

At GTMS, I am the Head Softball Coach, PBIS Coach, Website Admin, and Art Club Sponsor. If you want to be involved but aren't interested in sports or art, we can find a place for you!

Fun Facts:

• I have the cutest dog named Knox

• I love plants but cannot keep them alive for longer than a week... (Update: two house plants have survived two years so far... Another update... RIP)

• My favorite art medium is paint but I also love to work in digital art

• My sister in law (in the picture) also works for GTMS so there are two Ms. Sarvers

• My fiance, Morgan, and I are getting married June 2024! 👰🏼💍💕
