How do I request a password reset?
Password resets can be done one of two ways.
1. If you know your password, but you just want to change it to something else, go to http://bit.ly/ccsdpasswordreset. You will enter your current password and then enter the new password.
2. If you do NOT know your current password, or if it is not working for you, go tohttps://bit.ly/46B5hoy. Complete the form, and the password will be delivered within 48 hours to your 2nd period teacher or ELA teacher depending on the teacher you select.
How do I log into ClassLink?
Click the icon on the Grovetown HS or CCBOE website, or you can go to https://my.classlink.com/ccboe. When the page loads, click on the long button that says Sign In With ADFS. Enter your full email address and the password for your account.
How do I access my Google apps such as Classroom, Drive, etc.?
Log into ClassLink. Click on the CCSD - GSuite - Google folder. Many direct links are available from within that folder.
Alternatively, you can go to https://www.google.com/, and click the blue Sign in button there. Applications will be accessible from the app launcher (waffle) which is the 9 blocks in the upper right hand corner.
How do I access my Office 365 account?
Office 365 is available to all students for using Microsoft Office products online. To access Office, log in to ClassLink, and click on the CCSD - High School folder. Inside that folder, click on the CCSD - Email and 365 (HS) icon. Once inside Office 365, all of the main Office products will be accessible from the list on the left.
Licensing for students using Office 365 allows for the full, installed version of Office to be added to up to 5 personal devices. To install Office on those devices, click the Install Office button from the upper right, and select Office 365 apps.
*Note: If you have never logged into Office 365, or if it has been a while, you may be asked for More information. In that area, it asks for recovery options such as phone, email, and security questions. The only thing that is required are the security questions. Answer those, and the next screen will be Office 365.
How do I read and send my student email?
Student email is accessible through Outlook in Office 365. (Gmail is not enabled for anyone in the school district.) To access Outlook, log in to ClassLink, and click on the CCSD - High School folder. Inside that folder, click on the CCSD - Email and 365 (HS) icon. Once inside Office 365, click on the Outlook icon from the list on the left.

How do I log in to Student Portal?
Log into ClassLink. Click on the CCSD - Infinite Campus folder. Click on the icon labeled Infinite Campus - Student.
*Note: There is an app for Infinite Campus, however you should log into Student Portal from a laptop or desktop before using the app. Sometimes the app will lock your account during the first login.
