Welcome to my class! I am entering my 18th year of teaching I strive to reach all learners and I love incorporating technology into our classroom whenever I can. I am honored to have been named Teacher of the Year for the 2015-2016 school year, making it to the top five! I was also nominated and received for the Golden Apple award in the 2017-2018 school year by one of my students! It was such a great honor! I am a runner. I have coached Run Hard for 2-5 grade students.
When I am not at school I enjoy all kinds of arts and crafts, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. I am very active and enjoy walking, running and working out in my spare time. I like setting goals and trying new things! I have one dog that is lovingly known as my "fur kid." I have a Belgian Malinois, named Kyra.
I am looking forward to a great year working with your child!
