Students will work in teams to complete challenges and projects that incorporate science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.
Steam Team meets on most Wednesday during the school year.
Students learn the core values of stepping: teamwork, commitment and discipline as a part of their own “step team” by working together to create choreography and seeing how every member of the team adds value to their performance. Students also gain self-confidence through creating their own steps and performing at a culminating performance for family and friends.

Battle of the Books is a program that encourages children to read a variety of good books by outstanding authors of children's literature. The list consists of 40 books from many different genres. Included are books that are historical fiction, humor, sci-fi, adventure, mystery, fantasy, and realistic fiction.
AAA School Safety Patrols play an important role in helping young pedestrians learn and fulfill responsibilities regarding traffic safety. Millions of boys and girls have honorably served their classmates since the AAA School Safety Patrol program began in the U.S. in 1920.
