About Me

This is my 17th year teaching Art! This is my 10th year at Greenbrier High. I worked for 7 years at Riverside Middle. I was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. I went to the University of West Georgia and got my BFA in Art Education. I got my Masters degree from Lesley University and my Specialist degree from Augusta University. 

I live in Augusta with my family. I am happily married to my husband Mat. We have two sons, Luke(7) and Townsend (1). I enjoy spending time with my family and obviously making art in my free time. I also love to go to my family's house at Fripp Island, meet new people, and go to concerts. I have been all around the word. Italy is my favorite place to visit! The craziest thing I did was bungee jump off the Auckland bridge in New Zealand.

 I can't wait to get to know each of you and see your journey through art! This is going to be another great year at Greenbrier!
