COURSE DESCRIPTION: 

Columbia Middle School 6th grade ELA is structured to help students sharpen and strengthen skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking while exploring a variety of genres. Independent reading will also be a key component in our classroom. State testing covers informational texts, literary texts, vocab, and grammar skills.
