Step 1: Troubleshoot
Close out open programs and windows and restart the device.
Ensure you are using the correct Classlink. Access Classlink by going to the Evans High School website or Columbia County School District's web site and clicking the Classlink icon.
If using a laptop or desktop:
Make sure you are using Google Chrome as the internet browser.
Use an incognito window so your computer does not try to load your personal account. (In the Chrome browser window, click the three dots in the upper right window and select new incognito window)
If using a cell phone or tablet:
Make sure you have the Classlink and Google Classroom apps installed (get apps from the App Store or Google Play.) Remember to log in with CCBOE student account, not a personal account.
Ensure you are using the correct Classlink. If the Classlink app is showing the blue cloud, tap the back arrow at the top left corner. Click in the search box and type "Columbia County SD." Tap on our Classlink. Proceed with log in.
Step 2: View video tutorial on the Family Resources Page if applicable.
Step 3: Contact tech support by email. Tech support will be available during the hours of 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM on the Digital Learning Day.
When emailing, be sure to include student's first and last name, and clearly state the problem or error. Photos of the issue are helpful. Emails will be answered as quickly as possible in the order they are received.
