I am so excited to be teaching your child this year! I wanted to welcome you and let you know a little bit about me. My name is Marielba Mata. This school year will be my 8th year teaching. This is my 2nd year at Blue Ridge Elementary. My goal is to make our classroom a fun, safe, and happy place to learn.

Family: I have 1 brother and 2 sisters, my parents both were born in Mexico. I also have two adorable Goldendoodles named Moose and Mufasa!
