About us!

Mrs. Rosario, Media Specialist

My name is Emma Rosario and I am the Media Specialist at Baker Place Elementary! My deep love of reading began as a 3rd grader when my own media specialist encouraged me to buy Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone at my book fair. I read the whole book in a week and was HOOKED. From that day on I read everything I could get my hands on and 20 years later nothing has changed!

This is my dream job and I am so excited to be in my 8th year at Baker Place. I can't wait to help every student fall in love with reading, become successful and ethical users of technology and to have the most fun possible in the Learning Commons!

I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three beautiful daughters- Millie, Kenzie and Lottie and our two dogs Granger and Gryffindor (both named from the Harry Potter books of course)!

My name is Heather Lindberg and I am super excited to be the Media Clerk at Baker Place Elementary!

My husband, John, and I love to travel and do it as often as we are free to go. Our favorite places are New York City, Disney, and Ireland. We also love to go on cruises. We have two pugs, George and Pepper. I love to read (fiction or nonfiction, mysteries are my favorite) which is one reason why I am so excited to be in the Learning Commons. I am surrounded by books all day!

I love Star Wars and Disney (specifically Chewbacca and Tinker Bell) and I LOVE maps! All kinds of maps!
