At Baker Place, we promote PBIS through our House System. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive approach to establishing the behavioral supports and social culture and needed for all students in a school to achieve social, emotional, and academic success. We have implemented a House System - Students, Faculty and Staff are sorted into houses. They remain in this house throughout their time at Baker Place.
