Description

Spanish Club typically meets once a month. Attendance is monitored. There are so many reasons to join.…Spanish Club will help members apply knowledge of Spanish language and culture, which is a highly valued skill to add to any qualification, major, or field. Spanish Club also looks outstanding on college applications. Furthermore, it is one of the most fun clubs at LHS! There is a fun-filled cultural activity planned for each meeting. All activities are on campus for an hour immediately after school once a month. Keep in mind that Spanish Club is a prerequisite for Spanish Honor Society.

Spanish Club members will work closely with Spanish Honor Society members throughout the year. It is our hope that Spanish Club members will graduate to Spanish Honor Society members in future years. Any Spanish Club member that joins and meets the requirements of Spanish NHS while in the club will get a reduced credits rate (30) to be meritorious. You do not have to meet the requirements of Spanish NHS to be in Spanish Club. This is just a benefit. Check out the website and the bulletin board outside Room 117.
