Hello!
My name is Fran Brewer. I am so excited to be teaching 4th grade math and science this year at Brookwood Elementary. Let me tell you a little about myself. I received my Bachelor’s in Education from Florida Atlantic University and I earned my Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of North Texas. I also have my ESOL and Math Endorsements and have a passion for helping students love reading and understand and love math! This will be my 29th year in the classroom. I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades in Florida, Texas, and Georgia. When I’m not in “teacher mode” I enjoy reading, sewing, music, spending time with my family, and trying (unsuccessfully) to convince my dog, Toby, that he is not in charge!
