Full Day Kindergarten Curriculum:
Our Kindergarten Day includes the following subject areas: Phonics, Reading, Math, Writing, Science, Bible, PE, and twice a week Music, Computers and Spanish.
Morning Arrival - Arrival is at 8:00am and class will start at 8:15. Please have your child in class and ready for a fun filled day of learning!
Dismissal -We dismiss at 3:00. Please make sure that all the information necessary is current in the Curb Smart app.
Lunch
Children will eat lunch at 12:35. You may purchase lunch from our hot lunch program or your child may bring his/her lunch each day.
Snacks
Children need to bring a snack from home every day.
Birthday Treats
Birthdays are Wonderful! Kindergarten children love to celebrate their birthdays at school. You may order birthday treats for your child’s class from our cafeteria. Food from outside of school will not be allowed.
Rest Time
Kindergarten children will rest for 30-40 minutes each day. Your child is not required to sleep but must rest and relax quietly during this time.
