Kids2College/Pathways2Professional Skilled Trades (K2C/PPST)
Through the College and Career Access Center’s Kids2College / Pathways to Professional Skilled Trades (K2C/PPST) initiative, 8th-grade students explore their options after high school through hands-on, real-world experiences. Students participate in interactive classroom lessons, learn about college and skilled-trades pathways, and engage with local colleges and skilled-trades businesses through campus and workplace visits. This experiential learning opportunity helps students connect their interests to future education and career options while building confidence as they prepare for high school and beyond.
