Sikolohistang Kapampangan or simply, SIKAP is an academic organization at City College of Angeles. The purpose of this organization is to eliminate incapacitating societal barriers and establish psychologically enabling contexts and practices. The organization shall work in harmony and mutual respect alongside people experiencing psychological challenges.
