Rental Information:  

$45 rental per space (10' x 10')

$12 rental per table 

Additional $5 fee for a wall table or space (limited number by postmark) 

Additional $5 fee for a table or space with electricity access (please bring your own extension cords)

Please specify if you would like a wall space and/or electricity access.   If electricity access is not requested, it will not be available the day of the fair until the fee is paid.

Reservation Information: 

In order to have your table confirmed it must be prepaid.  We cannot guarantee your space until payment is received.  We DO NOT accept phone reservations.   Spaces will be reserved on a first come/first serve basis

Setup/Teardown/Table Information: 

Set up is available Friday evening from 6-8 PM and 6-8:00 AM Saturday morning

Students will be on hand to assist during this time - The T.J. B.O.P. and students are not responsible for damage to crafters’ items  

Please provide your own table coverings

EARLY TEARDOWNS ARE NOT PERMITTED – STUDENTS WILL NOT ASSIST UNTIL 3:00PM 

Unloading is to take place in the alley between buildings (near RR tracks) or the small parking lot located on 25th – after unloading is completed, you must move your vehicle to the large parking lot west of the new field house . 

General Information: 

Vendor shopping will be between 8:00 am and 8:30 am on Saturday morning.

Please be prepared to have your WIFI and/or Hotspot if you plan on processing credit cards.

Concession Stand – Lunch Available 

We prefer handmade, and/or homemade crafts and gifts – No secondhand or used items please 

TO SELL FOOD ITEMS (EXCEPT JAMS AND JELLIES) IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU HAVE A PERMIT FROM THE Iowa Department of Inspections & Appeals. **NO OPEN FLAMES**

The Craft Fair will take place in the Commons and Old Gym areas
